My New Baby, and Sending a Little Love

So for those of you who don't follow me on Facebook....I was finally able to upgrade to a new camera!!! This past year has been a crazy, fun-filled, busy blur, and I have all of YOU to thank for that. Oh, and you know, having a baby made it a little nuts too :)

I'm so excited and proud and grateful to own my first full frame camera. I've only been shooting with it for two days but it is like a dream. My lenses look even better than I thought they could and it just feels right in my hands. The clarity and sharpness are mind blowing, and I wanted to share a little of it with you! Who better to be my first model than my adorable little munchkin? Max makes me look good, he's so easy to get to ham it up for the camera :)













I cannot wait to break this new baby of mine in more and start using it for my clients! 2012 is the year of nothing but moving forward and forging ahead!
On a slightly dimmer note, Max is having surgery on his hand tomorrow morning. It's a long story, but he has a third degree burn on the back of his hand, and has to get the dead tissue removed. I'm pretty much a nervous wreck on the inside but I've been keeping it pretty cool I'd like to think. It should be a very quick procedure, but none the less he has to be put under so if you have a minute, send a little love and light his way - it can't hurt, and I'd really appreciate it! I'll be out of the office all weekend since there will be lots of cuddling and spoiling of our little boy that needs to be attended to.
